What Pando is

Pando is a private, invite-only app for groups that travel together. You need an accepted invitation to join a Grove; everything a Grove shares stays inside that Grove.

Age

You must be 13 or older to use Pando. Joining requires confirming this. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.

Your content

You own what you post. You give your Grove permission to see it inside Pando, and you give us the license we need to store and display it to your Grove. Deleting your account deletes the content you added.

House rules

No unlawful content, no harassment, nothing you don't have the right to share. Grove admins review reported content and can remove members. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on Pando infringes your copyright, email dmca@pandotravel.app with the work, the location of the material, and your contact details. We respond to valid notices by removing the material and notifying the member who posted it.

Warranties & liability

Pando is provided as-is while in early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us (today: nothing).

Changes

We'll post changes here and note the date above. Meaningful changes get an in-app notice.
